M6 General Assembly in Athens

Our team had an incredible time in Athens on July 3-4, 2024, for the M4ESTRO Month 6 General Assembly Meeting. The in-person gathering was attended by a majority of the consortium partners, while an online option was also offered as an alternative for those who could not attend physically.

Hosted by our Greek colleagues at CORE Innovation Centre, the two-day event featured informative presentations and productive discussions on the current status of the research progress. The consortium also began exploring the next steps in creating an end-to-end platform using a MaaS approach to achieve resilience and timely preparedness for the manufacturing industry's production lines and supply chains during disruptive times. Our goal is to detect disruptions proactively and activate powerful data driven resilience strategies.

Following the first day's meeting, the team enjoyed dinner with delightful Greek delicacies, drinks, and socializing in the summery city center. As the meeting concluded, partners took some time to evaluate the quality of the activities to date and shared final thoughts. Looking ahead, our close collaboration will continue online until the next face-to-face meeting this winter.
